Epoxy flakes is a cost-effective and simple way to protect your floors for many years. This 3-layer systems consists of an epoxy base coat, vinyl flake broadcast, and a polyurethane clear coat to seal the floor so it is UV resistant and water resistant. The polyurethane sealer can come in either a glossy or semi-gloss finish for those who prefer a more matte look. The glossy finish of the polyurethane top coat will improve traction and durability. Although the top coat includes anti-slip texture, additional texture can be added upon request. Epoxy flakes are recommended for residential garage coatings and is our most popular product!
